Joi deodorants come with two versions. The original versions contain baking soda and the sensitive skin version is baking soda free.

No. Joi deodorant does not contain Aluminium.

Joi products are absolutely vegan. Our products are made from 100% natural ingredients and contain no toxins and other harmful ingredients. We choose certified organic ingredients whenever possible.  

No absolutely not! We only use pure essential oils to add a subtle scent to our products. It's also important to understand that essential oils do not have the same strength as chemical fragrances and it does not have an overpowering smell.

Your tracking number is usually emailed to you when your parcel is shipped. Simply click on the tracking number to track your parcel.

Please note that it often takes the service carrier 24-48 hours to scan a package and then update the tracking information within their system. Rest assured that your order has shipped and is on its way to you! You should be able to see an update within 2 business days of shipment. 

We ship out all orders within 1-2 business days and you can expect to receive them in 3-6 business days.

International shipping takes about 4-7 working days.
